Registration Process

 

You will receive an immediate email confirmation once you process your online registration

An email with the latest information and details (what to pack, camp telephone numbers, etc.) regarding your soccer camp will be sent to you in early May before the summer sessions start.

Spaces are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your best chance of securing a place in your preferred camp session is to register NOW!

You can register in 2 ways: either online (secure registration process, see above) or on paper (see below)

Payment Schedule: Full payment is due at registration

  How to register on paper and by fax or regular mail for your favorite soccer camp in 2 easy steps:

1. Read, fill out, and sign the Registration Form of the camp you are attending.
   
   Complete our credit card authorization form (included in camps PDFs below) for payments (don't forget to include the airport transfer fee, if needed, in your total)

IMPORTANT:

•  All camps in France, Italy and Barcelona require a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE to participate at the camp. (Medical certificate is required on the first day for most of the camps. Additional  information will be provided on your email confirmation and camp information email).

What will happen next?    :

• If you register offline by submitting the paper forms, we will contact you by email within 1 to 2 business days to confirm your registration.  However, if you register online, you will get an immediate email confirmation as long as your spam folder does not block our emails.  To make sure that this does not happen, you need to add our email address:  info@soccercampsinternational.com  to your safe list within your email account preferences. If we are not added to your email safe list, emails from Soccer Camps International will be blocked by your antispam software and you will not receive any of our email confirmations (including our updated camp information email that we send out in May).
   
•       Do not buy your plane tickets before your camp space has been confirmed. You may check your flight availability and if possible do a pre-reservation with your desired airline before registration. Once your registration is confirmed, you should then plan your airfare (not included in the camp fees) and other arrangements. Please tell us about your flight arrangements if you chose to have an airport pick up scheduled by the camp (see camp conditions for airport pick up and drop off).
   
• IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility that all of your travel documents are valid (including your passport). Based on your nationality, you may need a visa to enter into the country where your camp is located.  If a visa is needed, please contact the appropriate consulate office for entry requirements and visa requirements, and be sure to plan ahead as the visa application process can take a long time.
   
• You will need to arrive on the day your camp session starts and leave on the last day of your camp session.  Please see flight arrival and departure restrictions under the ‘airport transfer’ sections for each camp on our website.
   
• We will send you an email with your camp information details after your registration is processed.
   
• Travel and cancellation insurances are strongly recommended from a broker of your choosing.
   
• If you need airline reservations, you can check our special airfare section.

Registration changes:

 

All Registration changes must be made in writing to Soccer Camps International. We will not accept any changes made within the 30 days prior to the start of your camp and some camps are even more restrictive, so please check your camp's terms and conditions. We cannot guarantee any changes will be approved by the camp regarding space availability or other considerations. Any additional payments due because of the change must be paid immediately.

 

You will be charged a fee of $50.00 in addition to any extra fees involved with the camp if you need to change your camp, camp dates, or camp location up to 30 days prior to your departure. This fee will be waived if you lengthen your stay in the same camp. All terms and conditions of the camp will still remain in effect after the change.
