The soccer course will be comprehensive, covering all elements of the game including techniques, skills, phases of play, small sided games, and full 11 v 11 games for some of the older players. In the late afternoon, you will play everyday a tournament of Champions (except on Wednesday, excursion day). All participants will be expected to take an active role in this element, so it is advised that students have a good level of fitness before they attend.

• On the first day, groups are established based on age and ability
• Campers will have on average between 5 to 6 hours of soccer per day

Children will be considered as equal to the PROS and will live their daily camp life:

• Welcome by the camp director
• Technical and sports evaluation test on arrival
• Individual report for each child to measure his progress
• NIKE PSG Soccer Academy sports equipment (2 training jersey, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of socks, 1 sports bag, 1 t-shirt and 1 training suit)

• 2 daily training sessions during the week (except on Wednesday, excursion day):

- Morning training: team warm up, ball handling, technical workshop (pass control, ball control, dribble, shot), tactical workshop (offense - defense)
- Afternoon training: application of skills learned in the morning during tournaments

• 2 training programs for the 7 - 12 years old and 13 - 16 years old
• Specific goalkeeper practice (mornings only)
• The program is adapted to the trainee’s level (age, physical condition…)
• For one week, the trainees will live the experience of the PSG young professionals and the Pros at the Training Center.

(Wednesday is excursion day to Stadium and Pro practice)

• 8:00 - 8:30: Wake up
• 8:30 - 9:30: Muscular Wake up training
• 9:30 - 10:00: Shower
• 10:00 - 10:30: Breakfast
• 10:30 - 12:30: Technical/tactical workshop (field play)
• 12:30 - 13:00: Shower
• 13:00 - 14:00: Lunch
• 14:00 - 15:00: Activities (Xbox tournament, Foosball etc.) or rest
• 15:00 - 17:30: Tournament of the Champions (field play)
• 17:30 - 18:00: Shower and snack
• 18:00 - 19:00: Activities (Xbox tournament, Foosball etc.) or rest
• 19:00 - 20:00: Diner
• 20:00 - 22:00 Activities night (Tennis Ball tournament, videos etc.)
• 22:00: Bed time (schedule could change slightly based on weather and time scheduling)

Practices and activities are taught by qualified certified coaches of PSG Youth Academy.

PSG Soccer Academy staff make sure all kids feel comfortable and in security during the camp. Their mission is to develop the technical and physical aptitudes of each child and their way of living in groups.

• A Project Director guarantee the PSG image and professionalism of the coaches and staff.
• A camp director available on site 24H/24H, responsible of the coaches and staff.
• The coaches are in charge of the technical and tactical exercises. 1 coach per 10-12 trainees. 100% of them have a state licence (BE1) and have passed the first aid certificate of l’Attestation de Formation aux Premiers Secours (A.F.P.S.)
• The lady supervisors are in charge of entertainment outside soccer practices and bring a feminine touch for the youngest.
• Medical staff on site

This staff is specialized in the supervision of youth from 7 to 16 years old within the different structures of PSG during the course of the year. Hence the staff is best qualified to ensure each player’s progression.

Family and friends are invited to come and watch the last session on Friday afternoon and to attend the closing ceremony (delivery of diplomas and awards) that will take place in the auditorium. At the closing ceremony the trainees will be given their PSG Foot Academy diploma, their personalized technical assessment, and during which the winners of the different competitions will receive their awards.
