Berlitz Manchester provides a negotiated transfer service from London Heathrow (LHR), London Gatwick (LGW) airports and St Pancras London Eurostar train station to the campus. Flights/train arrivals on Sundays and flights/train departures on Saturdays must be between 8:00am and 19:00 (7pm). All transfers must be pre-arranged. After collecting their luggage, students proceed through customs. Students are then met by a representative of Berlitz Manchester, with a Berlitz Manchester shirt, who will be displaying a prominent Berlitz Manchester sign.

For all arrivals, the transportation company will wait up to one hour after schedule arrival time, after that time they will charge an extra cost of $35 for every extra hour waiting because of any ocassional delay (lost luggage, delay arrival thru customs, etc.). Parents will be notified and billed within a couple of days if this happened to their child on arrival.

It is of vital importance that all necessary flight/train details are sent to Soccer Camps International with the booking form or as soon as available. Berlitz Manchester requires the exact flight information, including dates, airlines, flight numbers, arrival and departure terminal, and flight times. This service must be booked no later than 1 month prior to the start of the course.
