This soccer camp is for students aged 10-18 years, of any ability level, to improve their soccer skills. The course incorporates 4 intensive soccer training sessions per week. Each session is of 3 hours duration and incorporates practical training on skills and tactics, formations, nutrition and psychology. Students will have intensive soccer training, 20 hours per week.

Chelsea’s state-of-the-art Cobham, Surrey, near London, training facility, is a world-class training centre equipped with high quality pitches; It is also the training ground of Chelsea Football Club Premiership men’s team. Students will practice every day on site. Coaching sessions are fun as well as educational.

Safety and security is of primary importance and there is a dedicated team to care for the children on and off the field. All Chelsea staff are UEFA qualified, CRB checked and have received child protection training. students will be transfer by bus daily to the training grounds from Kingston University.

The well being of all children on Chelsea Soccer Schools sessions is of paramount importance, therefore parents are not allowed on campus during the sessions. Berlitz Manchester and Chelsea Soccer Schools feels this will allow the children to settle into the Residential lifestyle and maintain their safety and security.

Note: During the programme, there is an excursion scheduled to Stamford Bridge in London, the home of Chelsea Football Club.

The weekly schedule incorporates 15 hours of language tuition (optional), sports and activities and one full-day and half-day excursion per week. A sample schedule is shown below:

For full time soccer participants, morning English lessons will be replaced by a Chelsea Soccer Schools coaching session
participants will spend all day at Chelsea’s state-of-the-art Cobham, Surrey training facility with 2 training session per day during the week (except on Wednesday)
* Students doing the full time soccer program will be provided with a pack lunch.
